Government restrictions and protocol
• Age restriction as per Government rules and regulations will be followed.
• Admissions in Abu Dhabi allowed only for customers with a green status on the AlHosn app

• Compulsory wearing of masks for all visitors in all time including show time and don’t allow any visitor to enter without wearing mask.
• Individuals with underlying health conditions are not allowed to the cinema.
• A minimum of 20 minutes between shows will be allocated to allow sufficient time for effective sanitization post completion of each show.
• Physical counters for ticket / F&B sales to have one row open and one row closed to ensure social distancing.
• Encourage pre-booking & online tickets with contactless check-in through bar codes(online ticket purchase), yet cash payments are allowed.
• Ticket selling counters to open one row and close one to ensure distancing.
• No movies promotional booklets to be distributed to customers.
• F&B purchased from Cinema is permitted inside movie halls.
• All F&B items in any type of cinema (including in-dining) and take away will be served in disposable single-use containers/utensils/cups.
• Consider serving food in smaller size portions intended mainly for individual consumption, and to avoid sharing as much as possible.
• MX4D effects will be limited as per government guidelines.
• Only disposable glasses will be provided for 3d shows.
• Massage chairs offered within cinema vicinity is not allowed.
• Customers purchasing single tickets should be mindful and reserve tickets keeping a seat between them and other reserved seats to maintain social distancing.
