We regret that no refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any purchased movie tickets that do not conform to these movie ratings.
The Ministry of Information and Culture has set out the details for each rating as follows:
18 TBC | Rated 18+ until confirmed by the National Media Council. Entry to the cinema must comply with the age restriction of final confirmed rating. Booking prior to confirmed rating is solely at the discretion of the guest. |
18+ | No persons under 18 years of age will be admitted. Kids and Infants are strictly not allowed for 18+ rated movies. |
15+ | No persons under 15 years of age will be admitted. Kids and Infants are strictly not allowed for 15+ rated movies. |
pg 15 | Parental/ Guardian Guidance is required for below 15 years of age. Please note content may not be appropriate for 15 years and below. Booking is solely at the discretion of parents/guardians. |

Tickets for all 3D movies include the price of the glasses.
3D glasses are available in adult as well as child sizes.
3D glasses can be collected from our staff at the entrance to the cinema.
Our 3D glasses are tested to ensure they are free of defects. However, in case you have a problem, please approach any of our ushers who will help you exchange your glasses for a fresh pair.

Once tickets are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS with a QR code and a booking ID with all the ticket details.

You can gain entry to the cinema hall with your mobile phone. The usher at the door will scan the QR code from your confirmation email to allow you entry.
You may purchase a maximum of 20 tickets per transaction. You may make as many transactions as you like.
No additional booking charges are applicable when tickets are purchased online for UAE and Qatar. An additional booking charge of BHD 0.300 fils per ticket is applicable for tickets purchased in Bahrain only.
